Over the past few centuries, Saigon was called the “Pearl of the Far East” and was an important trading centre for Chinese, Japanese and Western merchants who travelled along the Saigon River.

Enjoy the attraction of Ho Chi Minh City. Sightseeing examples of French colonial architecture and exploring the Vietnam’s turbulent in past at the Museum. Our guide will show you the most interesting sights that Ho Chi Minh City has to offer.

Depart from your hotel to the Reunification Palace; this beautifully preserved palace was the residence of the President of the Republic of Vietnam. On April 30th 1975 the American War officially came to an end here. Afterward, we visit Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral, which was built in 1880, and the Old Post Office, which was built sometime between 1886 and 1891. It is one of the best examples of classical French colonial architecture. Our last stop would be at a local Market where you can practice your bargaining skills while shopping for souvenirs. Discover local life and culture. You’ll find some of the friendliest, liveliest, most convivial people in the city in here. Return your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

• Ho Chi Minh City

8:00 Our guide & car will pick you up & transfer to southwest Saigon access to Mekong Delta. Along the way, enjoy the scenery of lush rice paddies and fruit farms emerging alongside the highway. Upon arrival, board a wooden boat to enjoy countryside scenery and river life.

Continue a short ride 7km on bicycle after stretch your legs a bit (over easy, level terrain) along narrow village lanes, past fruit orchards and local cottage industries. You always hear "Xin Chao" or "Hello" along road by local people.

Arrive local tropical fruit farmer, you have chance to walk around & taste fresh fruits. After short rest you together with farmer family jump into small pond and learn how to catch fish by hand. Enjoy your result with grilled fishes meals prepare by host.

After that you have a relaxing sampan boat ride along tropical canals. Arrive local home-hosted lunch by short ride from pier.

Short relax after lunch before continue your trip to Can Tho province for your overnight.

After Breakfast at hotel, take a motor boat to visit Cai Rang – the most fascinating floating market where we can see all trading activities on Mekong river. Do you mind to taste a bowl of “ hu tieu”- traditional rice noodle of Mekong delta person or try a small piece of durian which is the most addicted fruit to local people? A short stop to visit rice husking mill and walk around the village. See the beautiful scenery and daily activities of the locals. Disembark at Ninh Kieu and transfer back to HCMC after lunch in Can Tho.

Back to your hotel and enjoy your free time before transferring to airport in Ho Chi Minh for flight to Da nang. Pick up at airport in Da Nang then transfer to hotel in Hoi An for check - in

• Floating Market

8:00 Local guide meets you at hotel lobby. Go to a bicycle shop to choose a bicycle.

Then ride to a local farm in Tra Que Village. You will take a trip around the vegetable garden and join with the farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing with seaweed from the local lake. Continue doing some next steps such as: raking the ground, sowing, watering greens, picking greens and many more gardening activities.

Spend the rest of the morning working the land in honored way, before having a break to prepare lunch with your host family. Your lunch consists of many local delicacies including ”tam huu” spring roll, 'banh xeo' or local pancake of people in middle region.

After lunch, take a traditional Vietnamese post-prandial nap before learning how to harvest and wrap the vegetables in the afternoon.

13:00 Farewell to your host family, ride back to Hoi An

• Hoi An Town

You will be greeted by our friendly local guide. First stop is the famous Madam Phuong 'banh mi' shop in Hoi An where you will try one of the best Vietnamese sandwiches in Vietnam.

We then walk around the Hoi An Central Market on the bank of the Thu Bon River. Here, you will enjoy 'Cao Lau' noodles with authentic local taste, a specialty just found in Hoi An.

Next, we will go through a small alley and stop at local business house and see how real Vietnamese life looks like. Here, we will discover a Vietnamese traditional cake: Banh Beo – a popular snack of Hoi An people. You will have a chance to talk and take photos with the owner of the shop.

Afterwards, it‘s time to relax your stomach. Our local guide will bring you to the oldest pagoda in Hoi An where few tourists go; then take a lovely trip through the countryside and see farmers working on the rice paddies under the sun.

After stopping at the rice fields we will continue our trip and try 'Banh Khot' - a round pancake made with rice flour, turmeric, coconut milk, quail egg and vegetables at a famous street vendor near Hoai Square.

Next, you will take the food challenge: Balut (fertilized duck egg), one of the Top 10 weird foods in the world. Egg no more, duck not yet - It is not because of the taste but because of its appearance.

Next, we will go to a local restaurant by the river to enjoy a special dinner and discover a part of culture of Vietnamese people – “Nhau” style with cold beer and delicious food.

At the end of the trip, we would like to take you back to your hotel and you are free to continue exploring the area.

• Street Food

In the morning, transfer by shuttle bus to the Hue - Vietnam's capital from 1802 to 1945. Hue is best known for its imposing citadel and the ornate tombs of dynastic kings as one of Vietnam's former imperial capital. Check in the hotel and relax.

• Hoi An Town

08:30 Start the trip with embarking boat along perfume river. Stop at Dong Ba Market and buy necessary food for cooking class with our chief.

Back to the boat for a scenic cruise to Thuy Bieu Village – famous for Thanh Tra pomelo. Upon arrive you have a nice walking or biking around the village.

• Visit the garden – house, ancient ancestral temple and communicate with local people.

• Visit incense making family to discover the daily life of local people while they are working strenuously with joy and enthusiasm.

• Visit 'do' paper making family to know more about a traditional custom of Vietnamese people and know why they use joss paper, also known as ghost money, for the died people.

• Visit paper painting family to see the countryside painting art of the young local artists.

Come back to Thuy Bieu restaurant for cooking class, prepare lunch with Hue traditional dishes by yourself under the instruction of our chief.

Have lunch with dishes you have just cooked.

Relax by steeping your foot in medicinal herb water – a traditional therapeutic practice.

Transfer to the Airport in Hue to take a flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival, our driver will wait and transfer you to the hotel in the center of city.

Check-in hotel and free at leisure to relax.

• Han Noi

Begin the first day of the trip with a tour of Hanoi. Depart from the hotel at 08:00 for a visit to Vietnam’s first university: the Temple of Literature. Founded in 1076, Quoc Tu Giam was established within a temple to educate Vietnam's royalty, mandarins and members of the elite. Continue with a visit to the iconic One Pillar Pagoda, one of Vietnam’s most iconic temples. Nearby is the mausoleum of the historic father figure of modern Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh, and his modest house on stilts. (Sites are viewed from outside; closed Mon and Fri and from Oct-Nov) Wrap up the morning with a visit to the picturesque West Lake and its sixth century Tran Quoc Buddhist Pagoda.

Halong Bay is listed by UNESCO as a World Natural Heritage and voted as a Wonder of Nature by the New7Wonders Foundation. You will have a night staying in this world famous bay.

Be ready for pick-up at your hotel lobby at 08:00. Halfway to Halong City we will have a stop at Hong Ngoc Humanitarian Centre. Apart from having clean western style toilet facilities we will be able to see local craftsmen at work and have time for relaxation.

Upon arrival at the pier, embark on the boat and set sail on a cruise through the limestone cliffs and emerald waters of Halong Bay, taking in the spectacular scenery of this UNESCO World Heritage site.

Lunch is served as you cruise by impressive rock formations with unusual names and shapes.

In the afternoon you will start to discover Halong Bay, listed as a World Heritage of outstanding natural beauty, known in Vietnamese as “Dragon descending to the sea“. Depending on each cruise’s itinerary of the day, you may visit a beautiful cave, have some swimming at Titov or Soi Sim beach.

• Kayak

Wake up by the sounds of the sea. After breakfast, cruise will take tourists to explore the most stunning caves in Halong.

At around boat starts cruising back to the harbor while brunch is served. We continue cruising through the bay, along the way seeing more of the fascinating formations.

Back on shore we will then transfer back to hotel in Ha Noi
