The entire staff was very kind, accommodating, and indulgent toward the visitors. A small scrape received the same attention, care, and monitoring as a major surgery!
Like our rooms with their big beds, desks, and ensuite bathrooms, the ship was exquisite with its polished red wood and immaculate condition.
Being on this ship does require you to be somewhat physically fit, as there are stairs and shore excursions that involve walking or climbing into other boats, canoes, or even cyclos. Without a doubt, I will be back for another cruise with them. Less

Day trips were wonderful, and our tour guides were quite knowledgeable. I love how you go off the beaten road with Pandaw.
The entire staff excelled at their professions and were really kind and attentive.
I highly recommend Pandaw and the Red River excursion to experience non-touristy portions of Vietnam. Less

It is also small enough that you can get to know the other passengers, who are interested and intriguing. The crew was excellent, the food was diverse and well-prepared, and the stateroom was pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed the event. The Pandaw office was quite helpful with questions. Less

Aside from that, the trips were fantastic, and Buthang was an amazing guide, full of knowledge and a great sense of fun. When you embark on an expedition, you are handed a radio receiver to listen to Buthang and a bottle of cool water with a carrying strap. Bravo! Less

Pandaw has the best-trained crew, wonderful guides, amazing meals, and intriguing excursions of any line we've ever used. Small, intimate surroundings and a diversified passenger list make it highly enticing. This is not your usual river cruise. Pandaw employees become family. We will appreciate this event for a long time. Pandaw, unlike other organizations, has links with tiny villages that provide a unique opportunity to meet with locals. They also give back to the communities, encouraging residents to be charitable with their time and talents. This is the ideal tour for people looking for a variety of cultural activities as well as a glimpse into living along the river. Less
