Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about this area and shared many interesting information about the history and culture of Hoi An.
However, there are some things that need improvement. During our tour, free time in Hoi An was not enough to enjoy and shop on the ancient streets. Additionally, there were a few destinations we wanted to visit that weren't on the itinerary.
Overall, the tour to Hoi An brought us a memorable and enjoyable memory. We will forever remember the wonderful moments in this ancient city and will encourage our friends to join this tour. Less

Good morning from Hoi An. I wanted to give you an update on how our travel is progressing.
First of all, as I have said before, our guides have been absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable, warm, and considerate. We are very impressed with the punctuality, and thoughtfulness of all the drivers. The vehicles have been spotlessly clean and comfortable.
The Bay cruise was overall a wonderful experience. The guide, Kent, was especially helpful, thoughtful, and kind. The kayaking, although fun, and beautiful, was somewhat uncomfortable due to the boats, not having seats. For older people that was quite uncomfortable, and took away from the pleasure. The food on the cruise was fabulous and presented beautifully. I especially appreciated being catered to as a pescatarian. We enjoyed doing tai chi on the upper deck early in the morning. What an amazing experience!
There was an unfortunate problem with our cabin. As you know, we upgraded to a balcony suite. It was beautiful and very comfortable. However, we could not use the balcony or even open the windows in our cabin due to the overwhelming fumes from the diesel engine and generator. They were very apologetic, but could not move us as the boat was completely booked. If there is a chance to obtain refund for the difference, we would greatly appreciate it.
The arrangements and the flight to Hoi An went very smoothly and of course the driver was waiting for us when we left baggage claim.
We have loved being in Hoi An. The Hon memory show last night was spectacular! We were able to quickly get a ride back to our hotel. I only asked about the ride back because I could not remember whether it was included, no problem at all. By the way, the hotel here is absolutely gorgeous and the staff could not be kinder and more attentive to our needs. We have both booked massages.
Thank you again for all of your kindness and attention to detail. Many times when we travel internationally things go a little bit wrong because someone was not paying attention. (Usually me!). Having your amazing service available to us has made this trip, incredibly smooth and immensely enjoyable.
I hope you have a wonderful day. Less
We strolled through the enchanting lantern-lit streets and had many memorable times together. However, the guide wasn't willing to talk about the local food or suggest good places to eat.
