We had a really wonderful time – but coming back to Shanghai was coming back to a lot of work.

For all your points of your list below we give 12 points,
because everything was excellent though it was nearly Lunar New Year.
All persons an board were so kind and considerate. The food and the fresh juices… More

Staff were helpful and friendly, food was good, tours of villages were interesting, relaxing cruise as well.

Ship looks like it is due for renovation (paint on the outside), the bathroom shower and facilities were not very clean, in particular the shower floor.

Very good organization, everything run very smoothly. But all in all I wouldn't do it again, even if service and cruise everything was very good.

But the price is too high and you spent less then 24 hours on the boat. That is not worth the price...

Mr. Karl H. Höffler

Overnight power should be supplied from landside. Auxiliary Power generator makes terrible noise in such a peaceful environment.

The waitress on the way to Can Tho was very polite, sincere, attentive and friendly. I wanted to tip her but she disembarked at Can Tho (please ensure she receives a bonus!). Nice cabin and boat was very clean. The boat crew were very friendly.

The activities were a little boring and the guide was very basic - sometimes not interested in his enthusiasm/explanation. Food was plentiful, but the menu was a little unimaginative and well...just standard.

Ms. Shirley Ann Feld

I had a very relaxing weekend and the guide was flexible and changed the itinery according to the wishes of the other passengers and myself e.g. we did not want to do the cycle tour as it was so hot. This was no problem and we went earlier to the boat. The food was very good, although we had the impression it had been adjusted for European tastes.

One of the armchairs in my cabin had a huge dirty looking stain on it. The "lunch" on the second day was served at 10:30, when we were really not very hungry after the good breakfast we had enjoyed. It should have been served later.

Mr. François Terrillon
