Dear Jenny:
We just loved the Ha Long Bay cruise: the scenery was awesome and the Au Co cruise fantastic. We had the privilege of traveling with good weather and just 15 adult guests on board, so our tour was peaceful and enjoyable. The guests were very friendly towards each other and we were all well… More

The boat was nice, certainly one of the nicest in Halong Bay and the crew were so lovely!!

The cabin, while nice, had a mildew smell which wasn't very pleasant.

Good customer service

The restaurant in the boat needs to have more air/con or fans as it is really hot having meals there. I didn't know that there is children meals, otherwise I would have chosen it for my son who did not enjoy the food at all. They should also take the initiative to offer children meals for my son instead of me having to ask for it.

The cruise boat was in great condition, and the room we were provided were perfectly adequate (i.e., no frills and the slightest smell of sewerage lingered in the bathroom). The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and I was impressed with their handle of English (and several other languages).… More

Ha Long Bay itself was a bit of a dissapointment, but the few parts that we managed to see through the ever-present fog and water polution were pretty amazing.

the staff on the cruise were brilliant. The food (and the chef) was absolutely sensational each and every meal. The activities were enjoyable and informative. There are too many positive reviews to say about this boat.Otherwise the service was brilliant and of a very high quality

we found that the cruise was less about Halong Bay than it is about the cruise experience itself.
It would have been a full 10/10 had the staff pointed out the famous outcrops that mark Halong Bay such as the Fighting Cocks.
